In this case, here's what to do: In addition to including the individual tracks in the Working File (edited as you like them), make sure to also include a mix of your edited version without your new adds married to it in your Working File. That way nobody has to recreate the edits you’ve done if they just want to work with a stereo track to add a part or two, and it also lets people who don't need to dig into all the individual tracks just work from a stereo mix. Finally, it lets your edit follow the project down the line as more people add to it; everyone can just continue to use your edited basic mix as a guide going forward, digging further into the individual tracks as they want.
